Cancellation, notice of, how given
When someone buys something from a door-to-door salesperson, they have until midnight of the third business day after signing to change their mind and cancel. To cancel, the person just needs to send something in writing to the seller's address — it does not have to be a special form, just something that shows they do not want the deal. However, a person cannot cancel if they asked the seller to start right away because of an emergency, the seller already did a big part of the work, and the goods cannot be given back in the same condition they were received.
