Duty to notify of change of address
When a person is put in charge of a child while a parent is deployed in the military, that person has to tell the deployed parent and anyone else caring for the child whenever their mailing address or home address changes. They also have to tell any court that has a custody or child support order for that child. There is one exception: if a court order says the person's address must be kept secret, that person only tells the court, and the court keeps the address private.
