Relation to Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act

Random law
In plain English

Missouri's own electronic signature rules for this section of law take priority over the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, but only in part. Two specific pieces of the federal law still apply and are not changed: one part protecting certain consumer rights, and one part listing certain notices that must still be delivered in non-electronic form.
