Licensing authority's responsibilities upon receipt of a suspension order
When a government office gets an order to suspend someone's license because they owe child support, that office must suspend the license right away, no extra review needed. The person cannot appeal through normal channels — the only way to fight it is through the child support law process. If the person keeps working using that suspended license, that is a misdemeanor crime.
