Standards for licensure information provided to the division, method, contents

In plain English

When the state child support office asks, agencies that give out licenses must share certain information about people who have licenses or are applying for one. That info includes the person's name, address, birthday, Social Security number, license type, and whether the license is active or expired. If an agency can't send it in a computer-friendly format, they still have to share it in whatever readable way they can.
