Standards for licensure information provided to the division, method, contents
When the state child support office asks, agencies that give out licenses must share certain information about people who have licenses or are applying for one. That info includes the person's name, address, birthday, Social Security number, license type, and whether the license is active or expired. If an agency can't send it in a computer-friendly format, they still have to share it in whatever readable way they can.
454.1020. Standards for provided to the , method, contents. — 1. Upon request by the division, all state subject to sections 454.1000 to 454.1025 shall provide specified information, on or other , to the division the standards established by the division regarding applicants for licensure and all current s. Such information shall include the following, if available:
(1) Name;
(2) Address of ;
(3) Date of birth;
(4) Federal employer identification number or Social number;
(5) Type of license;
(6) of the license or renewal;
(7) Expiration date of the license; and
(8) Active or status.
2. All licensing authorities not providing the information required by 1 of this section shall, upon request by the division, provide such information in any readable format for any of the .
3. The of this section shall, at no time, the division from requesting the information provided by a licensing authority pursuant to section 454.440.
