This law sets up definitions for words used in a group of laws about handling the estates of people who died while living in another state. 'Local administration' means managing a dead person's estate through Missouri courts. A 'local personal representative' is someone appointed by Missouri courts to manage that estate. A 'resident creditor' is a person or business in Missouri who is owed money by someone who died while living in a different state.
