An associate circuit judge gives out legal orders (called subpoenas) telling witnesses they have to show up. Either side in a case can ask for these. If one side asks for several witnesses at the same time, the judge puts them all on one document instead of making separate ones.
491.310. to . — The associate circuit judge shall issue subpoenas for witnesses either , and shall include all the witnesses ordered at the same time by a party in one .
