Limitation where person under disability dies

Random law
In plain English

If someone had a legal disability (like being too young or mentally unwell) and they die before the deadline to file a lawsuit or claim property runs out, their heirs or anyone who inherited their rights get up to three years after that person's death to file — even if the normal time limit already passed. But once those three years after the death are up, no more time is given.
