Sections 516.010 to 516.370 to apply to the state as well as to private parties
The same time limits for filing lawsuits that apply to regular people also apply to the state of Missouri. The state does not get extra time just because it is the government.
516.360. Sections 516.010 to 516.370 to apply to the state as well as to private parties. — The prescribed in sections 516.010 to 516.370 shall apply to actions brought in the name of this state, or for its , in the same manner as to actions by private parties.
