The workers' compensation division must set up a public information program at each of its local offices. These programs are there to help everyone involved when a worker gets hurt or files a claim.
287.642. Public programs, to establish. — The shall create in each of its area offices a public information program to assist all parties involved with an injury or under this chapter.
