Records of division constitute evidence of date of mailing or electronic transmission
The records kept by the division are used as proof of when a notice or other document was mailed or sent electronically. If the records show a date, that date is accepted as fact unless someone proves otherwise.
288.245. Records of constitute evidence of date of mailing or electronic transmission. — The records of the division shall constitute of the date of mailing or the date of electronic transmission of any notice, or other paper mailed or electronically transmitted under this chapter.
