If someone does not pay a court judgment against them within 60 days, the court clerk must send a copy of that judgment to the state director. If the person who owes the money lives in another state, the director sends a copy of the judgment to that other state's driver's license office.
303.090. Report of failure to satisfy — procedure as to . — 1. Whenever any person fails within sixty days to satisfy any in amounts and upon a as herein stated, it shall be the duty of the , or of the judge of a court which has no , in which any such judgment is rendered within this state, to forward to the immediately after the expiration of said sixty days, a of such judgment.
2. If the named in any certified copy of a judgment reported to the director is a nonresident, the director shall immediately transmit a certified copy of the judgment to the official in charge of the of licenses and certificates of the state of which the defendant is a resident.
