If a court judgment is entered against someone related to a car accident, the state director must immediately suspend that person's driver's license and vehicle registration. However, if the person who won the judgment agrees in writing, the director can give the other person their license back for at least six months, as long as that person shows proof they have car insurance or other financial coverage.
303.100. on receipt of — may to of license. — 1. The , upon the receipt of a of a judgment, shall the license and and any of any person against whom such judgment was rendered, except as hereinafter otherwise provided in this section and in section 303.130.
