The director of revenue is in charge of making sure the rules in this chapter are followed. If someone disagrees with a decision the director makes, that person can ask for a hearing. The director has 90 days to make a final decision after a hearing is requested. After that, the person can take the case to a local court within 30 days, and the court can change, keep, or throw out the director's decision.
