Health insurance plans do not have to change what they cover because of this group of laws. These laws also do not give the government any new power to regulate the insurance business.
454.621. No change of coverage required. — No shall be required to change coverages provided as a result of sections 454.600 to 454.645. Nothing in sections 454.600 to 454.645 shall be as creating a over the business of insurance.
