When a person who is in charge of a dead person's estate is ordered by a court to show up and give an account of what they've done with the estate's money and property, but they don't show up, or they show up but refuse to file the required paperwork or give a good reason for a delay, the court can take away their authority to run the estate. The court can also send legal orders anywhere in the state to force them to finish their duties, and that person has to pay the court costs.
473.567.
