Planting a bomb or explosive in or near a bus or terminal
This law covers three things related to buses and terminals. First, placing a bomb or explosive in or near a bus or terminal where people or goods are present is a very serious crime (class A felony). Second, just threatening to do that is also a crime (class D felony). Third, shooting a gun at or throwing something at a bus, terminal, or other transportation facility is a crime (class B felony).

A person commits the of planting a bomb or explosive in or near a bus or terminal if he or she bombs, plants, or places any bomb or other explosive matter or thing in, upon, or near any terminal or bus, wherein a person or persons are located or being transported, or where there is being stored, shipped or prepared for shipment, any goods, wares, or anything of value.
