This law says that the minimum wage rules do not take away workers' rights to join together and negotiate with their employer for higher pay or better working conditions.
290.530. Law not to interfere with rights. — Nothing in sections 290.500 to 290.530 shall be to interfere with, impede, or in any way diminish the right of employees to with their employers through of their own choosing in to establish wages or other conditions of work in excess of the applicable minimum under the of sections 290.500 to 290.530.
