Additional fee for issuing marriage license or certified copies
When someone gets a marriage license, they pay an extra $20 fee on top of the regular cost. If someone gets a certified copy of a marriage license, they pay an extra $7 fee. Each month, the county official who collected the money sends $15 per license to a fund for children, and $5 per license to a fund that helps shelters for domestic violence victims.
