Visitation before termination of temporary grant of custodial responsibility
When a parent comes back from military deployment, the court gives that parent reasonable time with their child right away — even more time than before deployment — until the temporary custody arrangement officially ends. The only exception is if spending that time with the child would not be good for the child.
