No suspension of licenses while obligor honors the support agreement
If a parent has a deal with the family support division and keeps making their child support payments like they agreed, their license will not be taken away as long as they keep following that deal.
454.1029. No of s while honors the support agreement. — For obligors that have been making regular child support payments in accordance with an agreement entered into with the , the license shall not be while the obligor honors such agreement.
