When someone's driver's license is suspended, the suspension cannot last more than one year. If the license is revoked instead, the person cannot get a new license until at least one year has passed since the revocation.
302.190. Duration of of — new license, when. — The shall not a license for a period of more than one year and upon revoking a license shall not in any event for a new license until the expiration of one year after such .
